How can I enable automatic updates for the Hipi app?

Ensuring you’re on the latest version of the Hipi App helps to ensure you’re receiving the latest updates and features from Hipi.

The easiest way to do so is to ensure you have automatic updates enabled on your device.

To enable automatic updates, follow the below steps, in order, basis the platform that you're using:

On an Android Mobile Device
  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your account icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. Tap My apps & games.
  4. Select the Hipi app.
  5. Tap the More iconat the top right of the screen.
  6. Tap Enable auto-update.
On an iPhone / iPad
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap App Store.
  3. Switch the toggle on for App Updates.
