I cannot sign up for a Hipi account because an account with my email address or phone number already exists

Remember, if you are registered on ZEE5, you can use the same login credentials to log on to Hipi.

It is possible that you have already registered with ZEE5 using the same User ID.

You can reset your password so that so you may login with your already registered User ID. To know how, see:
