The total number of my videos is wrong
To access videos that you have created,
visit the Me section at the bottom of HiPi homepage.
Your videos are divided into three
sections:
- Public
- Private (all videos set as
private to yourself only)
- Drafts (all videos which are
created however not posted by you)
Check if you are considering videos from
all these sections while adding up the
total.

HiPi users can also undo previous likes on your videos. Therefore, the total number of likes is the actual count at any given moment of time.
I cannot save videos
HiPi videos are saved in your phone gallery. Check whether necessary permissions have been given to the HiPi app to access your phone gallery. Also, ensure that your phone memory is not full.

HiPi videos are saved in your phone gallery. Check the Downloaded (videos) section in your phone gallery.
Videos is blurry while playing
Hipi videos are short in nature and created by its users. These videos are shot completely as per their creative genius. If the video is blurry, check if any effects that you have added have made it so.
