Are you facing any of the below issues?
  1. App keeps crashing when I try to shoot videos

If yes, then try any one or more of the following steps:

  1. Check if you have the latest version of Hipi app downloaded from the app store. If not, upgrade the app and try again.
  2. Reboot your device, and try accessing Hipi again.
  3. Ensure that you have enough storage space on your device.
