Crashing / Freezing / Lagging

Are you facing any of the below issues?

  1. App keeps crashing when I try to shoot videos
  2. App keeps crashing when I try to upload videos
  3. App keeps crashing when I try to play/load videos
  4. App keeps freezing when I try to shoot videos
  5. App keeps freezing when I try to upload videos
  6. App keeps freezing when I try to play/load videos
  7. App keeps lagging when I try to shoot videos

If yes, then try any one or more of the following steps:
  1. Check if you have the latest version of ZEE5 app downloaded from the app store. If not, upgrade the app and try again
  2. Reboot your device, open the app, and try accessing Hipi again
  3. Ensure that you have enough storage space on your device
